Test drive
When I joined Polestar their test drive booking flow was very inefficient, with each step being on a separate page. This led to a high rate of drop-offs among users. So we decided to redesign the process into a single-page format, aiming to streamline the experience. During my time at Polestar, I was in charge of the UX and UI design of their test drive booking flow as well as their internal portal.
